Pre-Order Processing Times

Pre-orders, please allow 10-14 business days for processing before shipment.

  • Tracking details will be sent via email once processing is complete.
  • Updates will not be provided during the processing period.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (UK)

  • Carrier: All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail with tracked delivery for security. 
  • Delivery Times: Standard shipping takes 2-3 business days after processing. Economy shipping may take 5-8 business days after processing.

International Shipping

  • Carrier: International orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS, depending on the destination.
  • Delivery Times: Orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days after processing.
  • Customs & Duties: International shipping fees do not include any customs duties or import taxes set by your country. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.

Expedited Shipping Requests

  • For express 1-day shipping requests, please email before placing an order.
  • Expedited shipping is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. Note that not all requests can be accommodated.

REFUND POLICY

Return & Refund Policy

At OC Hair London, we are committed to ensuring the highest standards of quality and hygiene for all our products. Due to the intimate nature of our items, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

However, in compliance with Klarna’s merchant requirements, we offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you physically receive your order to request a return for eligible items.

Return Eligibility

  • Due to hygiene and health regulations, wigs and hair extensions cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging has been opened or tampered with.
  • Returns are only accepted if the item remains completely unused, unworn, and in its original sealed packaging.
  • Any signs of wear, styling, installation, or removal from its original condition will void eligibility.

Store Credit for Exceptional Cases

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item or a verified manufacturer defect, we may offer store credit or an exchange. This is subject to inspection and approval. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Request a Return

If you believe your item is eligible for return, please contact us at ochairlondon.co@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are only considered if the item meets our eligibility criteria. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Adjustments

Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately to ensure timely fulfillment. This means changes or cancellations are not allowed after submission. Please double-check your order details, including product selections and shipping information, before finalising your purchase.

Chargeback Policy

At OC Hair London, we are not responsible for chargebacks related to shipping delays, lost packages, or incorrectly delivered orders caused by the carrier. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

We carefully review all our orders prior to fulfilment and shipping. All orders are reviewed for fraud risk analysis. If required, customers may be contacted in order to provide additional documentation for ID/ order verification.
